My questions  relate to potentials closed wone or lost.

 

Is the only way to remove Potenials from the list to delete them?

 

If I delete potentials they are removed from potentials so I have noticed,  however are they saved anywhere for historical reference, Ps We do not use the quote section as that is handled on another system
