As per the subject matter, please see the attached file.

If one of the Task Owners, example Melvin closes this Task, the other Task Owner, which is Fred cannot enter his actual Time because the Task is already closed.

Is there a way that the Task must be totally close if all Task Owners Status are close, if other owner still has an Open Status for this particular task, it should not be close.
