Closing account

I find myself in an infinite loop. Every time I try to close my account, the system says to delete the organization associated with it, but I cannot delete the organization without deleting all users, but I cannot delete the only user associated with the organization because the system says I am not authorized to perform this operation. Please instruct me as to how I can close permanently the en e-mail account and all associated users, businesses, etc. Thank you.
