I would like to close my account as I don't need the Zoho CRM anymore.

When doing this, the following warning appears: Downgrade all Zoho Service's paid subscription before closing your Zoho account to stop further payments

I have looked for but haven't found, how to downgrade it.

Could you please help me and close the account?
