CName added but it is not resolving

Hi there,

In setting up mail for a client using your service I have hit a dead end. I updated my DNS settings so that the CNAME is pointing to yourselves but nothing seems to be resolving from your end. Here is the nslookup:

jmpropertyprojects.co.uk IN CNAME zbd7f3ac91.domain.zoho.com 86400s (1d)

I tried going through the official support channel but I haven't had a response and the site needs to be up in the next two days.
