Cname not verified

Hi Folks,

I am getting the Cname not verified error. Here are a couple of things i want to clarify before the solutions come.

1. I have added the cname with my doman provider.

2. I have verified with the 3rd party tool if the cname is configured correctly. https://mxtoolbox.com/domain/zb15168607.collabin.co.in/

3. Everything seems fine except, when i try to verify it in zoho it has issues and says it cannot.

Can anyone help please?
