I am the owner of the Zoho Business account 'Omoto'. We have our mail hosted on Zoho and I have just configured the CRM. Unfortunately, my co-founder Kushal (
kushal@omoto.io) also created another CRM account. Now when I sent Kushal an invite to join Omoto CRM, he gets an email saying he is already registered for CRM. But when he goes to delete that CRM portal, he gets an error that I am the super admin.
The problem is that I just finished customising the CRM to suit our business requirement and have setup several automation rules and triggers to manage our workflow. I don't want to lose all that. We also have our project plan hosted on Zoho. Is there a way you can help us untangle without losing any data.
