Cold Calling Assigned to Business Partners - is Zoho CRM the right solution?

Hello, my name is Sebastian. I am looking for advice.
I work for a business (importer and distributor of adult beverages) that relies heavily on cold calling to get more sales.

Cold calling is done by my business partners (suppliers of products) to whom I supply the list of phone numbers to contact. My business is currently trying to implement a system where we can assign phone numbers for people to call and be able to monitor their progress / comments, etc.

Originally, we were going to add them to our Zoho CRM, however we decided against the idea because they are not our employees and we don't want them to have access to our proprietary information. 

In the past, we would supply our business partners with an excel sheet, have them cold call, make comments and return the file to us.

Can you suggest a solution to this problem....?
