Cold calling to book meetings - is Zoho CRM the right solution?
I want my sales people to be able to do cold calling and book meetings. If they succeed, I want them to be able to find a time with the prospect which then should be transfered to Google Calendar.
Obviously, if there's no response, the sales people should be able to mark the lead as someone they should call later on (at a specific time/day).
Is Zoho CRM the right solution for this and if so, where can I find a good explanation of such a workflow.
