Collapsible Layout Sections / Multiple Layouts based on Criteria
It may be helpful to the accessibility of the bottom elements such as Notes/Emails/etc. if the layout sections were collapsible individually and as a whole. An option to lock/exclude sections from a full collapse could be helpful.
Multiple layouts based on criteria may also be equally as helpful. Our web2lead information utilizes additional fields and sections in our current implementation. Leads by phone will never need these fields or sections but are visible creating unnecessary dead space.
