I have the following request. We are now working with Zoho CRM Plus and would like to do the following.
We have created a user-defined module in CRMPlus, in which we record our mail pieces.
I have an employee who is only there to record mail pieces. I don't want to give her expensive CRM access for this work.
My question: How can I collect data externally in ZohoCRM. There is a catch. For a field you have to assign an entry from the user-defined module. It is like having to assign a company existing in CRM.
How can we do this? I would appreciate ideas.
