Zoho is far behind when it comes to the aesthetics part. Although Zoho Suite is super powerful and loaded with features yet the overall suite lacks the UX Touch. It kind of looks archaic. Hubspot, Pipedrive, Freshteam - all of them have realized that aesthetics do play a very important role. Not sure if your products team realize it though. In fact, the only product which i felt is on par with my other favorites is Zoho Begin. Although a basic app, it's built well

Anyways, my question for today is - Our pipeline (contacts/leads) easily gets cluttered quickly with potential sales, so adding color coded Lead labels will allow us to visually categorize our leads as we are working through qualifying them. 

Pipedrive does this incredibly well and it's super awesome as well.

PS: For the sake of goodness, please do add a pinch of colors in the Zoho Apps. Believe me, product managers with excellent knowledge of color psychology would agree with me (and not all product managers are aware of this concept & how it effects users experience)
