I have a customer field in my CRM called "Traffic Light". It is a drop-down with the following options:

Red

Amber

Green

 

Is there a way of making either the background or the text of the field a certain colour depending on what option is chosen, i.e. red text or background to field if "Red" is the chosen option?

 

I am using the Free option of CRM at the moment.
