Combine Industry field in Leads and Accounts

Combine Industry field in Leads and Accounts

Currently the Industry fields in Leads and Accounts are independent. So whenever I create a new industry entry in Leads I need to create a similar one in Accounts as well. Is there a way where I can create one entry and have it updated in both places?
