Early Preview for an Upcoming Enhancement to Zoho One - App Adoption and Feature Discovery

We're excited to give you an early sneak peak at an upcoming enhancement to the Zoho One platform: new App Adoption & Feature Discovery components, designed to help our customers adopt the right tools to enhance their business, familiarize themselves with how to use the Zoho apps included in their subscription, and continuously discover value across the Zoho suite of products.
What is the Problem that We're Solving with this Update?
A recurring piece of feedback that we receive from Zoho One customers is that while the platform is versatile, its full potential feels out of reach. They often don't know the depth of the tools they already use, let alone the ones they haven't explored yet. This new feature will help you track your adoption rate across apps in your account, guide you and your users on how to use each app, and help you get the most out of your subscription.
What are the Benefits of Guided App Adoption ?
For users: A more targeted, self-service learning experience that's contextual to your business goals and ordered by immediate priorities, regardless of technical skill level. You'll be presented with guides, screenshots and videos that go over important components of the application and how to use them, so that you can do what you want to do, easier and quicker from the get go.
For org admins: Visibility into tool adoption trends across your workforce showing what percentage of your users are using each app (this will be included post-launch) , and helpful guides on setting up and integrating new applications in your suite.
Early Preview of Some of the New Screens:
To give you an early tease of what to expect, we wanted to show you a few early concepts for what you'll be seeing when this releases. As we're still early in the process, there may be some UI changes between now and then, but we thought you would like a sneak peak at what will be coming in the future.
1. Displaying Usage (%) for all Active apps within Zoho Directory, to see what percentage of your user base is currently taking advantage of the available tools in your subscription
2. A feature glossary by app, in a full-page overlay, with ease of navigation in mind
3. A floating widget that shows tooltips that can help guide you to important processes or next steps during the process integrating a new part of the suite
While we aren't ready quite ready to provide an ETA for when this will be available, we hope that you enjoyed this (early) look at an upcoming new feature that we think will help lead to greater adoption of the various Zoho One apps included in your subscription, and help you get even more out of your Zoho suite.
