When CommandCenter was introduced, I was thrilled as I can finally do cross-module flows. While the concept is undeniably great, the execution is not. What I noticed was the supposedly 'Instant Actions' that I have set took a whole 2 minutes to be reflected!

This is very frustrating and it invites data inconsistencies as while waiting for the changes to be reflected, we can still edit the record. 

So what did I do? I ended up doing a lot of workflows instead. Although it is not as 'good-looking' as CommandCenter, it works. The actions are done immediately, with no delay at all. Which begs the question, why is the Command Center even exist at all in the first place if you can deliver the same efficiency?

And this is disappointing too as we are a Partner and we can't do a good-looking business process for them and when they ask why, what are we going to answer? I hope CRM team can look into this matter SAP.
