I opened a document in Zoho Writer from my Zoho Projects account and I have added comments into the document. But after one of my colleagues opened and closed the document in zoho writer, all my comments are disappeared. Same with my colleague, when he adds a comment, it disappear after I open the document.

Also, the order of my comments are changed when I open the document next time, comments are moved to another rows rather than where I wrote the comments. Please watch the screenshot where I explained all these issues.

What is the problem? Please help us solve this problem asap. We have chosen zoho products to be productive, but there are always some issues and bugs.
