Telegram users can discover your business using the telegram search and initiate conversations right away. SalesIQ admins can create multiple telegram bots and associate them to the desired brand and departments to keep your support chats organized.

What is Telegram bot

Telegram Bot is a bridge that connects your telegram account with your visitors. Each telegram bot created can be associated with a brand and department.

Note :

Telegram bot is not connected with Zobot or Answerbot in SalesIQ.
