  • Have you seen Zoho CRM's user interface updated with Puvi font? Check this announcement to get all the finer details related to this enhancement.
  • Scores can now be added as read-only fields at the record level. This enhancement lets you use the score field(s) as parameters within criteria, advanced filters, module views, and all across CRM. See this post for the added benefits.
  • The recent enhancement to Motivator lets you show targets according to hierarchy. It also packs a few UI and functional modifications for the dashboard, more KPI settings, a target and game menu, and updates to the TV channel.

We currently have three names for one item, all have had a transaction associated so there is no deleting (just deactivating, which doesn't really help. It still appears so people are continuing to use it).
