Announcements:
- Have you seen Zoho CRM's user interface updated with Puvi font? Check this announcement to get all the finer details related to this enhancement.
- Scores can now be added as read-only fields at the record level. This enhancement lets you use the score field(s) as parameters within criteria, advanced filters, module views, and all across CRM. See this post for the added benefits.
- The recent enhancement to Motivator lets you show targets according to hierarchy. It also packs a few UI and functional modifications for the dashboard, more KPI settings, a target and game menu, and updates to the TV channel.
- Zia suggests the best time to contact your customers based on their past actions. With a whole lot of charts, the latest Zia enhancement equips you with the required analytics to gauge the effectiveness of this feature. Take a deep dive into this announcement here.

Zoho User Group in-person meetup
The Zoho User Group (ZUG) 2023 meetups begin this year globally in the USA, India, Canada, UK and the ANZ regions. We're back to connect, engage, and learn in person.
