- Are you curious about the new actions added to Workflow Rule? You can now add meetings and schedule calls. Look into the post to explore and get detailed information on all the options and scenarios for this case.
- Minor update in the Layout Rules: mandatory fields to be checked for APIs. The "Set Mandatory Field" action of Layout Rules is supported in APIs with version 2.0 and above.
- Checkout the new feature added to Zia's prediction capabilities. Zia lets you identify the churning pattern in your customer records by displaying the churn score and the product/service they are churning. Read more.
