¿A alguien más se le ha pasado el 2023 volando? Será porque hemos estado muy activos y aprovechando cada oportunidad para poder reunirnos con vosotros en persona. Sin ir más lejos, ha pasado cerca de un mes desde nuestro último encuentro en el mayor evento de usuarios, Zoholics, celebrado no sólo en España si no en México, Colombia y Chile, estamos ya pensando en formas de volver a vernos. Como adelanto os puedo decir, quedad atentos al foro estas próximas semanas, porque, ¡se vienen meetups!
Y, ¿qué ha pasado por aquí, en la comunidad virtual a la que llamamos Español Zoho Community durante octubre?
En el subforo de Zoho CRM y Zoho CRM Plus tenemos una consulta sobre cómo crear informes de nuevas cuentas por fuente, ideal para aquellos que están empezando a sacar información de su CRM. Puedes ver la respuesta aquí.
Además, en el subforo de Todos los productos se ha reabierto un hilo sobre la recepción de mensajes de WhatsApp en Zoho CRM. En este caso, la persona que nos consulta quiere desvincularlos. Si te habías preguntado como se puede hacer, tienes la respuesta en el hilo.

This is something for which I'm trying to figure out a straightforward way to do. The searchRecords does a great job fetching me the records that I want.
