We have entered about 600 company contacts as leads. These contacts are individuals in companies that have input in real estate decision making process. We intend to email these individuals, contact them via social media and eventually call them.
Is it possible to have some form of company view for these individuals? Under leads it seems as if different individuals in the same company are completely unrelated. Ideally these leads would be transferred into one company record that would allow one view for the company. We are not marketing to leads, we are marketing to companies. Is there anyway to use "Accounts", "Contacts" or "Potentials" to set up a company view?
On the same note I am not sure how to use "Accounts", "Contacts" or "Potentials". We do almost no repeat business. Once a real estate lease is signed there is very little interaction for about 3-5 years. So there is no ongoing customer service once a lease is signed.
