Company email sent with my personal name in it: My_Personal_Name<company@email.com>

Hi,
When sending an email it arrives with my personal name on it:

My_Personal_Name < hi@company.com >

This is a company email and should be named after the company or nothing at all. My Personal Details (under User Menu) in Zoho are defined as follows:

Personal

Full Name	: Venue List Team
Nick Name	: Venue List Team

So, I would expect it to be: Venue List Team< hi@company.com >

Can you, please, advice how to change it?
