Our company currently has 2 staffs using zoho crm (free users), and we would like to add a third to the group.
But the third staff, I want her to be a limited user only (cannot delete or access certain information).

I heard that paid users have this function, is it?

If so, do we need all 3 users to be paid users, or just the 3rd to be paid user and 2 free users in order to do that?
