OK, Zoho Premium Support have tried to help on this one, but we still can't find a solution. So, I need your help, please.
When sending Event initations by email and the receipient is an Outlook Desktop App users, the Company Logo in the email appears large and pixelated. Like this:
But when viewed in Outlook in Office 365 (i.e. in a browser), it looks like this:
In my humble opinion, it seems there is code missing (that could be added for the Zoho Devs) to specify the image size in the html template, because it seems the image is fitting to the width of the email.
Also, the images are block in the Outlook App, with no option to show images. We have loosened all security options in Outlook and yet that problem remains too.
We are a B2B sales company in the UK, which means most of our clients will be using the desktop Outlook App. The large pixelated image looks unprofessional and therefore my sales team are deferring back to sending meeting invitations via Outlook rather than via Zoho CRM.
Can anyone help? Do you have the same problem perhaps? Looking for community support please.
