company migration

Hi!

We are moving to your crm. we are currently doing all the setups. we'd like to import all the data in for our old crm and to a life test run and adding one department after the other. this will mean that for a certain period of time we'll be runing 2 sistems. this will create a problem as we'll have new data added to the old sistem whilst we re speeding up zoho.

any recomendations on how to handle the process? how can we move the new data from the old sistem merging it with the new one in zoho?
