2. Chatbot Welcome Message Customization:
   We would like the chatbot to display the following welcome message when it is opened:

"Namaste, welcome to BVK Group! We have three entities under BVK Group:
a.WMW Metal
b.WMW Industries
c.BVK Hydrotech
Please choose which company you would like to connect with."

3.      We want our group company logo on chatbot.
