Company Policy update notification

Company Policy update notification

Hello

Can we have an option for sending updated leave policy to all the employees via e-mail. I dont want to put the e-mail addresses manually.
I had an look on mail merge template but couldn't find an option for mass e-mail receipents and couldnt either put policy document.
