Company structure in Zoho CRM

Hello 2 all! 
Now we are using Standart Edition of Zoho CRM and we have next issue -
We need to build the structure of our company in our account in Zoho.
For this we need to do something like, that you can see on the image:

Now i`m trying to explain the permisions of everyone in the company.
CEO - it`s the main person of the company, who can change, edit, delete everything and everyone.(Super Admin)
English, Russian, Italian Offices - the main persons who control all the process like CEO but only in own way... For example I`m CEO, to our conpany came 6 new leads (2 from Italy, 2 from Eu and 2 from Rus ). After this i managed them all to every office in company by language and when 2 leads come to EU office, the main person in EU office can see, edit, change, assign only this 2 persons , not other.. only these 2 people and it`s all. And the same situation with other offices.  
So as i said, our company use the Standart packedge and my question is next - can we realize all this functionality in our Edition or we must upgrade it? If yes - we need tutorial with - how to make that all what we need?
