I can setup a standard signature for each user in their settings , setup/settings/personal settings, then scroll down to the signature.

However, I would like everyone in the company to use the same default signature, and further, i would like to be able to change the company signature to promote whatever. So I would like to make changes that would reflect to everyone.

I know I can create a template, but then everytime someone sends an email they have to choose the template, and I can't control that. 

I would like to be able to have a template that an admin creates, and it automatically used by default by everyone.

If I can't do this, it certainly should become a feature!
