Hi,  I'm new to Zoho and i'm playing around with the Dev Edition CRM. 

I'm noticing that when testing the Big Deal Alert Template which has a dynamic image link - nothing is actually showing.

Why is that? I'm trying to figure out how to include dynamic images into my templates but if this sample template doesn't work?
