completely confused how to use zoho

I used outlook years ago but then switched to web based email (after a computer hard drive crashed) and I look everything in outlook. As I am setting up zoho and I am not sure how to access emails? Is everyone just looking into their web based account to access email or should I switch back to microsoft outlook. And then there is email....can I set up each email account as imap on my wife (iphone) and my droid?
