Completely lost and can not figure out how to use Zoho Mail! HELP please!

I would really like to implement this service to our company, however, we have been sitting here scratching out heads on how to even use Zoho mail from setup to actually receiving a simple test email! This service may be free but it is beyond confusing therefore, we are coming to the boards for help! We are exhausted at trying to figure out how to get Zoho mail to operate for us. Can anyone assist us?
