Completing a task reminder needs to be turned off

When we mark a task as complete a message always pops up about the reminder and we manually have to turn off the reminder before we can mark the task as complete.  Can you please ensure that when we mark the task as complete that Zoho CRM automatically turns off the reminder, thanks.
