I'm using the compliance setting of ZOHO CRM but have been facing some limitations.
- The Conset Form is terrible, i had get the consent with other tools and upload trough API.
How to upload consents from other tools (survey, forms...)?
- Moving a contact to black list (removing the contact) is strange, after confirming the removal the contact disapears, there is no log and the black list is not even awaiable by a request to ZOHO. How do I get any proof of the exclusion? A log related to the zoho contact Id or an automatic log sent to the owner?
- After moving to the blacklist we can add the contact again, a warning can be ignored and with only one click we add the blacklisted contact again. Is there a way to set permissions to add a blacklisted contact ?
- MKT Hub list synced with CRM does not share the consent, how to move the consent form MKT Hub to CRM?
- Couldn't get permission to non admin profiles to move a contact to the blacklist. The user profile has "Manage Compliance Settings"
