Good morning all, apologies if this is a dumb or frequent question. 

I'm building our Zoho for the sales team, and i want to make a "Closed Reason Detail" field visible and mandatory if the lead status is changed to "Closed Lost". I can't for the life of me work out how this is done, can you help?
