I need to correlate tree height with tree diameter.  For example, if a tree is 5 feet/metres tall, the diameter has to be at above 12 inches/100 centimetres.  If the correlation doesn't work, I would like the entry rejected or appear with a warning.

Any ideas!  Thank you in advance for any help.
