My wife does personal sales / direct selling of products to people.
When she gets a lead, we like the automated workflow that allows us to autmatically set up calls for the next day, three days later, five days later and a month later...this part appears to work well for us.
However, what about the ability to "automatically" delete the "Leads" automated tasks when the lead is changed into an Account?
For example, the initial follow up calls will no longer need to be done once a sale is made. It would need to delete only those tasks it "automatically" created for leads and set up a new set for Customer (where the calls happen at 1 day, 1 week, and then 3 months).
Different schedule, different purposes. Would be nice if Zoho could automatically "prune" the unnecessary tasks that are left once a lead becomes a customer.
Is this possible?
