We have a generic template set up for our clients. The problem is that in the message we refer to the persons gender as he or she. We know the gender in our lead form set as male or female. Is there a way in the email template to say:
if lead gender = male then he
else she.
example:
we will then pick up your Father when he is ready.
we will then pick up your Sister when she is ready.
