Configuration could not be verified - is the username or password wrong?

Hi guys,  I've just created two additional account in my email free service.  I can use thew account form web,  mail.zoho.com,  no problem with credentials,  however when creating the account in a mail client,  outlook and thunderbird,  I get a message which says "Configuration could not be verified - is the username or password wrong?".
The accounts work well, received email from gmail and replyed ok.  Everyhing works fine till checks the password.
accounts are albeiropc@mienvioonline.com and carolinamb@mienvioonline.com,  other 5 accounts are working ok on outlook mail client.
