configure chatbot to be more interactive

Hi, my chatbot make the first welcome good and the first reply is good but chatboot continues to give visitor same question, instead saying for example: thanks for your kind request, you will receive a call from our operator soon.

How to set up this action?

I mean for example:

third text

now i have only 2 "interacions" from chatbot, i would like to setup 3interactions
