Configure Exchange Active Sync in iOS device

Trying to setup zoho mail in IPhone Mail under Exchange so I can sync my contacts. Following these instructions - https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/idevice-access.html#alink1

However it doesn't recognize my Zoho password. I know password is right. Just used it to login via my laptop a few seconds ago - its good.

How do I solve this problem?
