This link sends me over to a page that asks for my domain name. I input my correct domain name and click submit.

This result in an error "Error in Mail account creation please try later"

I've waited for 2-3 hours and it still has an error, a friend of mine has had this for a week now.

I can't reply to any tickets I receive due to this.

Does anyone else have this or is there something I'm missing?
