configuring InnoDB in Zoho

Hi.

Our ibdata1 file has reached the maximum linux on ext3 can handle 2G and we need to add another file ibdata2 to the configuration of mysql that ships with Zoho, but can not find that place. Can you help us find the right place to do that?
