We have a group support@xyz.com

Everyone is shared to the group, so all receive the messages.

(1) All are receiving the messages in outlook etc. , including our feedback panel which receives the support tickets.

(2) However, how can we send emails from another email client or our feedback panel using the same group email id. 

- I know it is possible to do it from zoho mail, but how can we do it from else where.
