Confirm Auto-Update

When I first imported my Zoho CRM Contacts into Zoho Books, I don't recall seeing an option for Auto Updates. How can I check to see if that box was checked, without re-importing.

And if I do have to re-import, does it just overwrite the contact info or will any invoices I've created also be deleted?
