conflict between outlook to zoho

conflict between outlook to zoho

Although I choosed "Zoho CRM Wins" when conflict between outlook to zoho, still I get the massage that 1050 contact will be deleted on Zoho and not be added to outlook. Why is that? How can I be sure to copy from ZOHO to Outlook?
