Confusing organization groups

I've set up organization groups in the control panel of Zoho business.
But when I'm "working" in the Zoho business apps overview, on the bottom left there's a button "Groups" which leads to another kind of groups. They're obviously not associated or synchronized at all. So I have to setup the same groups again?

After spending a couple of hours with Zoho I have the impression the whole integration of the apps is one big mess. Sorry to be so brutal, but it's really blatant! Even the simplest and most logic dependencies aren't considered.
Because of that I assume the architecture of the software must be even worse, it feels like totally independent apps thrown somehow together. It's really a pity :-(

Ok, please forgive the rant but I'm a bit frustrated at the moment.

Any thoughts on the organization groups issue? Nobody hasn't noticed that so far?
