Connect button greyed out
Ive installed unattended access on 6 machines, but 1 of the machines says its online but the Connect button is greyed out. All the others are fine.
ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software, but same issue.
Nothing special about this machine, its a windows 7 machine like all the others.

Unattended Access (Beta) is live! Unattended Access, a feature requested by a lot of our customers is live now. Currently, it's in beta. You can add up to 100 computers per Technician subscription. They can also be accessed by your organization members. My Computers list in Zoho Assist home page will always display the online status of your unattended computers.
