Connect connect IMAP or keep the IMAP configuration in settings
Trying to set this all up, I hope this experience isn't representative of overall service. I'm using this as a test...
I'm trying to set up my Zoho email in my PC app, EM Client. I consistently get the error that either the "server not responding" or "an email server was reached, however your credentials were rejected"
I've configured everything EXACTLY as specified. Two-step auth and the server settings. I used an application specific password, in addition to trying my regular password.
In SETTINGS / EMAIL FORWARDING POP/IMAP, I have repeatedly selected to ENABLE imap access. Unlike other pages within SETTINGS, there is no SAVE button or option. Every time I ENABLE imap access, I get the brief message that my "settings were saved", but they obviously are not. If I leave that setting page and return, the imap access is back at DISABLE. Changes to forwarding email or POP do seem to be saved however.
Using Windows 7, Firefox 37.0.1 (the most recent)
Javascript is on for all Zoho domains (I attempted this with the browser allowing all scripts as well, not just whitelisted)
Trust me, I've configured MANY, MANY email accounts and applications and what should have taken minutes has lasted hours.
